Diggspace is proud to announce that it is now officially available on Microsoft marketplace and has achieved IP Co-sell Ready status.

This recognition strengthens Diggspace’s position as a trusted Microsoft Partner and expands the value it brings to organizations using the Microsoft ecosystem. Customers can now easily discover, procure, and deploy Diggspace through Microsoft Marketplace, while benefiting from deeper technical and commercial alignment between both companies.

What it means to be on Microsoft Marketplace

Microsoft’s marketplace, which includes Azure Marketplace and AppSource, is the central hub for discovering, trying, and purchasing third-party software that runs on or integrates with Microsoft platforms (Microsoft overview).

By joining this ecosystem, Diggspace provides organizations with:

  • Simplified procurement and billing – Purchase Diggspace through an existing Microsoft agreement, with centralized billing and contract management (Procurement overview).
  • MACC eligibility – Organizations with a Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC) can apply their Diggspace subscription toward fulfilling that commitment (Azure commitment benefit ).
  • Trusted validation – Marketplace solutions undergo Microsoft’s compliance and security checks, offering added confidence in performance and reliability.

This simplifies how enterprise customers discover and buy Diggspace, while reinforcing the trust that comes with Microsoft validation.

Achieving IP Co-sell Ready status

Beyond the marketplace listing, Diggspace has been officially recognized as IP Co-sell Ready — a designation given to Microsoft partners whose solutions meet specific technical and commercial standards (Co-sell program overview).

This means Microsoft’s own global sales organization can now co-sell Diggspace alongside Azure services, introducing the platform to enterprises seeking to modernize communication, engagement, and collaboration.

Co-sell readiness confirms that Diggspace meets Microsoft’s criteria for:

  • Security, scalability, and interoperability
  • Commercial and technical documentation
  • Joint go-to-market readiness

It also opens opportunities for joint sales initiatives, referral management, and shared customer support through the Microsoft Partner ecosystem (Co-sell requirements).

Benefits for customers and partners

This milestone delivers clear, practical advantages to customers, procurement teams, and Microsoft partners:

🔹Easier purchasing process: Buy Diggspace directly through Microsoft Marketplace using existing agreements — no new vendor onboarding required.

🔹MACC alignment: Apply Diggspace spending toward existing Azure commitments, helping maximize value from current Microsoft investment

🔹Enterprise-grade assurance: Benefit from a solution validated by Microsoft for compliance, integration, and support standards.

🔹Co-sell collaboration: Access stronger joint support, integration consistency, and potential engagement through Microsoft’s co-selling framework.

🔹Future-ready roadmap: Diggspace’s alignment with Microsoft ensures product evolution stays in sync with Azure, Microsoft 365, and Teams innovation.

Built to enhance the Microsoft ecosystem

Diggspace functions as both a digital workplace and a modern intranet, designed to complement and extend Microsoft technologies.

The platform integrates seamlessly with:

  • Microsoft Teams – share Diggspace content directly into Teams channels to keep communication and updates flowing where collaboration happens.
  • SharePoint – extend or complement your SharePoint environment with an intuitive, engaging experience that helps employees find and use information more effectively.
  • Azure Search and Copilot – make knowledge truly discoverable. Diggspace content surfaces in your company’s Microsoft Copilot experience, and within Diggspace search results users can also find SharePoint files, sites, and folders they have access to.

This native integration ensures that organizations using Microsoft tools can create a connected, intuitive experience for their employees across all platforms.

“This achievement validates the value we bring to organizations that rely on Microsoft technologies,” said Mariana Pedreiro, Head of Sales and CSM at Diggspace. “It strengthens our collaboration with Microsoft’s ecosystem and ensures customers can deploy Diggspace with confidence, flexibility, and simplicity.”

Diggspace in Action: Success Stories Across Industries

One of the best ways to understand Diggspace’s value is through its customer success stories. Organizations in various sectors – from insurance to healthcare – have leveraged Diggspace to transform their internal communication and employee experience. Here are a few highlights:

Victoria Seguros - Insurance

Victoria Seguros, a major European insurance company, faced an aging intranet that was costly and inflexible. They chose Diggspace as the platform for a new employee portal, with goals to gain agility in content management and strengthen the connection between the company and its people. The result was a state-of-the-art intranet launched quickly via Diggspace. In an industry where information needs to be timely and trusted, Diggspace helped Victoria boost productivity and create a closer-knit culture.

Medway - Logistics

Medway, a large logistics and rail transport company, needed to improve internal communications across their distributed workforce. By implementing Diggspace, Medway was able to centralize company news and events in one place and enhance social connection among employees. Diggspace helped break down silos – employees became more aware of company happenings and felt more connected to each other. Medway’s intranet adoption soared, leading to improved alignment and teamwork in their operations. For a fast-moving logistics firm, better communication translates to smoother coordination and ultimately better service delivery.

Ceetrus - Retail Real Estate

Ceetrus (formerly Immochan) is a global retail real estate developer that operates shopping centers in 12 countries. They embarked on a digital transformation project and needed a portal to connect their teams with hundreds of shopping mall tenants and workers. Ceetrus chose Diggspace for a pilot in Portugal because it was “ready-to-use” with fast deployment, cloud scalability, and deep Microsoft 365 integration – essentially ticking all their boxes. Using Diggspace (branded internally as “My CEETRUS”), they built a community hub for shopping center staff to feel part of a community and get work done more efficiently.

Coimbra Hospital Center – ULS Coimbra - Healthcare

ULS Coimbra, one of Portugal’s largest healthcare providers (8 hospitals and 26 clinics), needed to modernize its intranet to support over 10,000 healthcare professionals. Their legacy system was complex, insecure, and couldn’t scale after a post-2024 expansion. Adopting Diggspace allowed ULS Coimbra to create a “digital atrium for all employees” – a central space for institutional content like policies, board updates, news, events and training, accessible to everyone.
